Does anyone know of a good, running-specific strength training program? I've looked all over the internet and can't seem to find anything. I have several good generic programs, but I was hoping to tailor my plan a bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I guess it depends on how you classify "runner specific". I'm a big fan of Vern Gambetta but his training is not targeted at only runners but rather more like "athlete specific". Here's his site: http://www.gambetta.com/ I can lend you a book of his chocked full of great stuff.
